Italian Beef (Sandwiches)

This is from Fix-It and Forget-It Cookbook. I love this cookbook!!

Italian Beef

3-4 lb. beef roast
1 package dry Italian dressing mix
12 oz. can beer

1. Place roast in slow cooker. Sprinkle with dry Italian dressing mix. Pour beer over roast.
2. Cover. Cook on Low 8-10 hours, or High 3-4 hours.
3. When beef is done, shred and serve with juice on crusty rolls.

Easy Peasy! Just the kind of recipe I like :)
